Our 3XS range of systems has developed over the years and in doing so we have continued progressing and improving our support level to our system customers. Our aims are to give a good proactive and unobtrusive response to customer’s technical issues and find a fast and efficient solution

Customers who require assistance on their PC’s will be greeted with friendly technical advice either by email via our online query system which can be accessed on our support page or by contacting us directly over the phone. Our Support engineers will be there to assist and go through various technical solutions in a manner which is understandable and easy to follow.
Our Process
Customers initially contact via our system support line or using our online query system.

Our support engineers will go through various technical solutions to resolve the issue.
If an issue is hardware related then we can arrange for an onsite engineer to come out and examine the system and possibly rectify the problems there and then.
If the onsite engineer fails to find or resolve the issue then we will arrange for the system to be returned to us for our engineers to examine.
The system will be examined by our engineers and resolve and re-configure the system back to its original specification.
Once this is done and final quality control tests have been performed and we are satisfied that the system is up to specification, then the system will be returned to the customer.
All stages the customer is informed as to progress and status of their system.
The package
One years onsite warranty for the first year.*
Two year return to base warranty, 1st year will cover the cost of return, parts and service, 2nd year for just the cost of return and the service.
Option for 6 month system return for free servicing of the pc.
Access to system knowledge base, to view, add and answer questions.
Telephone support direct to a System Support Engineer.
Access for System Support through OLQ (Online query System) from our website
Optional backup DVD to restore original system settings (for XP and only on certain systems).
Technical solution from our Virtual Engineer.

In regards to any onsite or a system being return to base, we are not responsible for loss of content or data on the system. It will be up to the customer to make sure they have backups of their data. We are not responsible for third party software which is installed on the pc; please ref to Part II sections G, H of the terms and conditions.
Our onsite policy; Onsite(s) can occur within a 2 - 4 day turnaround depending on location. This does not include Saturday or Sundays. The onsite policy only covers the mainland UK. All onsites are performed by a separate company affiliated with Scan, the engineers will only perform hardware replacement and do not deal with software related issues. This does not apply to our water cooling range of systems as these will be only return to base and our server range which is covered under a different warranty.
