I have been dealing with Scan for a few years now and have always been more than happy with the service, prices and products offered. This is the first time that I have not built the system myself and I am delighted with this laptop. I got it within the 5 working days and am now getting used to Windows 8 and beginning to quite like it after a slow and worried start. The laptop does everything I could hope for except perhaps for touch screen. It boots from shut down in a few seconds and does everything pretty well instantly. I bought it mainly for video editing and rendering but I have not started that yet.

The quality of service I've received has been excellent -- when there was a short delay I was informed quickly, and given a revised delivery date. The text messages keeping me informed of the processing of my order were appreciated, and the provision of a one-hour window for delivery time particularly so.

I also found the system configuration process on your website to be the clearest and best designed example of its kind I've used, and this was a substantial factor in my decision to buy from Scan.

Yes the system was delivered in good time! I was quite impressed at the delivery times and with the whole service so far provided by yourselves, if ever buy another built system I'll definitely come back to Scan.

Saying that, i won't be unwrapping the system just yet as I'm redecorating the room it's going in and that won't be done for a week or so. I'll drop a note though to confirm all is OK with it.

And also to say thanks for including the special offer headset mentioned on an earlier email, they look great and it shows you are thinking about your customers, definitely a positive!

Ben My system was delivered and installed yesterday and i cannot praise the whole proccess from initial advice and order to delivery enough ! Superb service from start to finish, great advice, the system itself is stunning from a build quality point of view, the wiring is ridiculously neat and tidy, the installation was smooth, set up exactly where and how i wanted it, your setup guy even conected my 2nd monitor that i already owned, once he'd finished setup of the system itself.... i can't coment on the performance yet as i'm currently downloading, installing and copying all my games, files, etc... but i'll be participating in the GUILD WARS 2 Beta this weekend so i'd be glad to let you know how it performs on monday... Thanks for an excellent service, if anyone asks i will recomend you 100%..

My 3XS built system has been performing like a champ since unboxing.

Everything was perfect, and I was pleased at how quiet it was. The overclocked bundle I got shortly afterwards went together with no problems.

I usually brace myself for problems, but this machine has not had a single issue, and the performance is better than I hoped for.

I intend to order all my hardware from Scan from now on, and I'll probably let you do the building too.

My PC was delivered very well packaged and so far is working beautifully. The guys from Netsolve who called were very helpful and even offered to deliver my pc between 8-9pm as I was eager to get it as soon as possible and was happy to set it up myself. The delivery guy arrived right on time at around 8pm, which I was impressed with.

I appreciated the frequent updates from Scan as my pc went through the various stages of production, and whilst there was a delay as some parts where out of stock, I was informed and given a revised estimate. Building did start on the date I was given and even with the delay it's still about the length of time I waited for previous PC's from other (larger) companies.

When I was removing the internal bubble wrap I noticed that the cabling all looks very neat. The temps have stayed nice and cool even after hours of gaming and the system is breezing through every game I've played on it so far (Star Wars: The Old Republic, Skyrim, Assassin's Creed, StarCraft 2 etc), all on max settings.

I am also very pleased with the free Corsair headset I received with my order, the sound quality is awesome.

I really liked having a lot of options to choose from for each component of my pc though, I had a lot of fun choosing them and the system is exactly what I wanted. I was pleased to see that you accept PayPal too.

I also appreciated the box of manuals & bits which was included with the delivery. I found a dvi / vga adaptor in there which came in handy! The fact that all the windows updates were done already was a nice bonus as well.

All in all, I thought the service was very good and I love my pc!
